Kevin Lucka

Co-Founder & CEO

I am driven by a long-standing goal to build and bring my own products to market. From an early age, I set out to become an inventor and entrepreneur, spending years working toward that outcome through side projects, collaborations, and continuous development alongside peers who shared the same ambition. I have always pushed beyond the minimum, choosing to stay engaged across a wide range of disciplines and experiences. I was an all-state athlete, worked hands-on jobs before school started and through summers, and was recognized as Student of the Year at my university. By my senior year, I was involved in more clubs, organizations, and honor societies than I had classes. That mindset of doing more than what is required is what Extracurriculars was built on. My approach is rooted in persistence and execution, with a clear objective: to design and deliver products I stand behind, built to perform and built to last.

As Engineers and passionate problem-solvers, we felt a need to exercise our creativity beyond the constraints of a standard 9-to-5 operation. Outside of our core hours, we would partake in extracurricular design activity to stay engaged with our creative capacities. From this desire to innovate, Extracurriculars was born. I aim to revive the days of "built-to-last" products with high-quality design and construction.

Greg Barilovich

I have been fascinated by machines and inventing since a very young age. Once I was able to apply what I learned at Kettering University as an engineering student, I have not stopped thinking of new, durable solutions to very real problems.
